The Animation Box

I entered this course as a beginner/intermediate with only 10 months worth of experience through online tutorials. After two months of watching and re-watching this course, I can finally begin animating with full confidence. I like that Yuri teaches multiple approaches to breaking down a shot while working in spline mode for amazing results. Definitely worth the money.

This is by far one of the best invest I have done in my life. The course definitely helps you a lot on approaching cartoon animations. Love the fact that you can take your time to review each video and actually analyse every lecture. It is like having a tutor at home. Very throughout on each aspect when planning a shot. Totally worth it.

There are so many valuable tips & tricks for cartoony animation I didn't know before, I really learned a lot from this class! It was such a rare opportunity for me to see the whole progress of animation from planning to polishing from industry professional. Thankyou for sharing! Since I saw the first works in progress of the animation box I fell in love with the character and the concept behind the masterclass. Seeing an industry professional like Yuri working in a shot is just incredible, now I am applying his workflow on my own shots and everything makes more sense. Hey! My name is Anna, I thought to write here my little story :) I've always thought myself as a "realistic" animator, specializing in mocap, setting up animations in Unreal - technical stuff... I was so used to think like that, that eventually got very scared even to try cartoony looking shots. I didn't know where to start and what are the rules for making something cartoony, but then I've got an animation test from a very good company... And the assignment was - to make an extremely cartoony shot! I freaked out! And then found this course. And it's just amazing! Very high-quality videos with a huge amount of cool and yet very accessible tricks to follow. All that time I was so afraid to try making something cartoony, I thought it's absolutely another dimension that I could never be a part of... but with this course I just got it! The rules are very simple to follow, with just couple changes in perception, following the tutorials, I could make good stylized poses for blocking, change timing and spacing and make everything look fun and cartoony at the end! And the amount of fun I've had working with Harry rig was just incredible! I've spent the whole weekend watching tutorials and by the end of next week passed the test (! ! !) Now I'm planning to practice a lot, I loved it so much!!! I really can't recommend "The Animation Box" enough! I loved it with all my heart and I'm deeply grateful to Yuri for making it! Thank you so much!

This Masterclass definitely changed the way i approach my animation. Opened my eyes for a better ways of doing thing and push even more my shots. If you are serious about animation and perfecting your craft your should consider this.

This course is fantastic! Even if you are learning or already have some experience, you can learn a lot from Yuri's techniques. I definitely highly recommend these classes.
